Armortek Lifetime Warranty

We warranty every Armortek Solutions product to the original owner to be free of manufacturing defects. We will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Armortek product sold by an authorized retailer deemed defective. Armortek does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Armortek product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Armortek product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Armortek product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed and registered on goarmortek.com. Orders placed on eBay.com, walmart.com, target.com, or other official brand presence sites are eligible for warranty claims but must first be registered on goarmortek.com. Warranty claims for these online stores can be submitted via their respective websites. All international orders are final.

Armortek collectible cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. This warranty does not cover cases modified, previously owned, or used by institutions or other entities for rental purposes.
